Reverse Primer for GshFss Sequencing

After cloning Bi-Functional Glutathione Synthetase, it was required that it would sequenced to verify an appropriate cloning. For that, primers needed to be desinged.

Following are some data on the primer:

Monomer: Free Energy of Ensemble: -0.44 kcal/mol // Feq. optimal in ensemble: 50.69% // Ensemble diversity: 2.30

Homodimer: Free energy of optimal: -3.70 kcal/mol // Free Energy of Ensemble: -4.73 kcal/mol // Feq. optimal in ensemble: 20,32% // ΔG: -3.85
